I started to really become interested in Nutrition when I took a nutrition class at FSU. During my time in the class, one of the requirements was taking a two day class called the “body project”. During the class, I realized that so many other people are going through the exact same issues as me such as eating habits and being insecure about my body.
I loved the class so much that I became an instructor to help teach others how to overall live healthier and feel better about them and let them know they always have a friend to count on. When you eat healthier and exercise, you are also giving yourself more energy to accomplish tasks throughout the day!
